I only joined Medium 4 years ago and my network was limited almost exclusively to the Poetry niche, but I still read other writers who wrote their «listicles» etc… but there weren’t so many writers doing the same thing and sometimes it feels like people just rehash and combine other people’s content or classic books like Dale Carnegie’s «How to make friends…» without a second thought and without sharing some personal stories to add value.

I know, I too post my poems now as «eligible for the coin» but I’d be lucky if those buy me a cup of coffee after a year: «I became rich writing poems» (said no one) 😅
