I live in Europe and here the cost of education is also getting steeper with a broad choice of post degree offerings for further specialisation (so you don’t miss out on having yet another title in your belt) I’m a lifelong learner and have “paid for “ four masters and numerous certifications… at the end of the day a title is just a piece of paper and you learn more on the job and from the people you work with.
If willing to pay for college, choose always
1) in person delivery (the personal experience of getting to meet other people and making connections is worth it)
2) a subject that you personally ENJOY studying because, again: you learn skills on the job, Education should be part of your self-actualisation and growth as an individual and based on your preferences. Don’t make the mistake of studying something because “it’s one of the top skills required” if you don’t enjoy it.
